Sob o comando de Rômulo Rodriguez, time sub-17 inicia os treinamentos visando a temporada 2023
Os moleques de Xerém do sub-17 iniciaram nesta segunda-feira(23) os treinamentos visando a temporada de 2023 no centro de treinamento Vale das Laranjeiras. Essa foi a primeira atividade do treinador Rômulo Rodriguez a frente do time sub-17 do Fluminense.
“Os meninos, assim como eu, estavam ansiosos pelo retorno para o campo. É legal vê-los querendo trabalhar. Há um enorme respeito dentro do grupo, afinal, as gerações 06 e 07 sabem o que cada uma produziu no ano passado. Todo mundo busca conquistar seu espaço e ninguém quer dar brecha, qualificando para caramba o treino, o que, para mim, como treinador, é fantástico” – Disse Rômulo
O Rômulo foi o treinador da “Esquadrilha 07” na última temporada e vai se manter com comandante dos moleques de Xerém neste ano. Ele assumiu o cargo de Daniel Pinheiro, que subiu para ser assistente de Ricardo Resende no sub-20.
“Já conhecemos o grupo, mas os meninos evoluíram bastante. Nos reencontramos agora para traçar nossos objetivos para a nova temporada. Pretendemos saber onde cada atleta se sente melhor, mais à vontade e gosta de jogar para tentarmos tomar as melhores decisões. Não vai ser fácil, o grupo é qualificado, mas isso só me ajuda” – Completou Rômulo
