O Fluminense estreia hoje (3) na Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior de 2023, contra o Porto Vitória-ES, em Taubaté. Além dos destaques do time como Arthur, Luan Brito, João Neto e Jefté, outros atletas podem surpreender na competição.
É o caso do atacante Isaac e do zagueiro Kayky Almeida. O primeiro tem apenas 18 anos e já chama atenção de Fernando Diniz. O atleta começou a jogar com sete anos em uma escolinha do bairro onde morava, em Teresina, no Piauí. Aos nove, foi para o futsal e com 15 chegou ao River do Piauí.

“Eu estou aqui agora, mas sempre foi difícil para mim. Com 16 anos eu ia parar de jogar, porque lá onde eu morava meus amigos estavam conseguindo entrar para um clube grande, e eu não conseguia. Eu falei para mim mesmo que ia ser meu último campeonato e joguei a Copa do Brasil. Aí não saiu nada também, e pensei: “Não vou mais querer isso para mim”. Até que recebi uma ligação do meu treinador do River falando: “Olha, você vai fazer uma avaliação no Fluminense”, disse Isaac em entrevista ao GE.
Com oito meses no Sub-17 do Flu, Isaac assinou o primeiro contrato profissional por ter se destacado na categoria. Porém, em 2022, ele teve uma queda de produção depois da morte do pai.
Mesmo assim, o atacante encontrou a motivação para seguir em frente. Após um primeiro semestre apagado, Isaac voltou a crescer no segundo e foi conquistando espaço. Terminou o ano como titular absoluto e um dos destaques do time.
“Hoje jogo pelo meu pai, tudo que eu faço hoje dentro de campo é pelo meu pai. Até já quis fazer uma tatuagem e colocar “sangue nos olhos e cheio de vontade de vencer”. Era a frase que meu pai costumava falar”, comentou Isaac para o GE.
Segundo o ponta direita, ele tem características parecidas com a do Luiz Henrique, é rápido, habilidoso e gosta do um para um.
Outro nome para o torcedor ficar de olho é o zagueiro de 17 anos Kaiky Almeida. Rápido e forte na bola aérea, tanto defensiva como ofensiva, o defensor é mais uma joia do Fluminense.
Em 2022, ele jogou 33 vezes e fez sete gols. Kayky chegou ao Tricolor após ser visto por um profissional da comissão técnica de Xerém.
“Estava jogando lá onde moro, na Ilha do Governador, e um cara que trabalhava aqui no sub-20, auxiliar da preparação física, me viu jogando lá e me trouxe para cá. Eu vinha pro treino à tarde e voltava sempre com um amigo que jogava aqui. Desde pequeno sempre gostei de jogar bola, de brincar. Meu irmão, criado comigo, com minha mãe, minha avó, jogava comigo. Minha infância foi muito boa. Consegui brincar, jogar bola”, falou Kayky em entrevista à FluTV.
Kayky Almeida falou também quem são suas referências dentro do clube. Ele falou ser muito fã do Thiago Silva e tem ele como principal ídolo.
“Eu sou bastante fã do Thiago Silva, que também é cria de Xerém. Ele me inspira por ter saído daqui e por ter chegado onde chegou, que é meu maior sonho. Ele é minha inspiração dentro do futebol”.
Por fim, o zagueiro declarou seu amor ao Fluminense, falando ser seu time de coração.
“O Fluminense é tudo para mim, o clube que abriu as portas para mim, que, mesmo se no futuro acontecer de eu sair, eu vou carregar para o resto da minha vida. É o meu time de coração, eu sou tricolor. É minha segunda casa, onde estou todos os dias com meus amigos treinando e se dedicando para um dia eu chegar onde eu almejo”.
