STJD absolve Manoel e presidente da sessão alfineta expulsão do atleta: “Hipersensibilidade do árbitro”

O STJD absolveu por unanimidade o atleta Manoel após a sua expulsão na partida contra o Criciúma, em jogo válido pela volta das oitavas de final da Copa do Brasil. O presidente da sessão ainda afirmou que a expulsão foi exagerada e que foi uma “hipersensibilidade do árbitro”. Na partida, o Fluminense ganhou a partida por 3×0, com o próprio atleta abrindo a contagem do placar. Aos 86 minutos, acabou recebendo o segundo cartão amarelo, que ocasionou a expulsão, por ter chutado a bola depois de o árbitro parar a jogada. Contudo, os auditores entenderam que o jogador já estava embalado para o chute e, portanto, que não configurava infração disciplinar.

“Motivo: V2.8. Outro motivo (detalhar no campo expulsões) – Por chutar a bola de maneira antidesportiva após a marcação de uma falta contra a sua equipe, sendo que o mesmo já havia sido advertido anteriormente com cartão amarelo. após a expulsão o mesmo veio em minha direção e proferiu as seguintes palavras: “você está de sacanagem, me expulsou por isso? eu não fiz nada, só chutei a bola”. sendo contido pelos seus companheiros de equipe o mesmo deixou o campo de jogo sem maiores problemas.”
O zagueiro então será opção para o técnico Marcão para o jogo de volta contra o Atlético Mineiro, no Mineirão. Na partida de ida, o Fluminense perdeu por 2×1, com gol de pênalti de Fred. Já Manoel não foi relacionado para o confronto pois estava cumprindo a suspensão do cartão vermelho recebido na partida de volta da fase anterior.
