Preparador físico, Marcos Seixas fala sobre convocação para a seleção brasileira: “Estou muito feliz e orgulhoso de poder representar o Fluminense”
O preparador físico, Marcos Seixas foi convocado para os amistosos da seleção brasileira entre os dias 17 e 20 de junho. O Brasil vai enfrentar Guiné, em Barcelona e depois vai para Portugal jogar contra Senegal.
Marcos vai para sua terceira convocação pela seleção principal, além de sido campeão olímpico em 2016 e 2021. O profissional comemorou o feito e se disse feliz de poder representar o Fluminense.
“É um orgulho muito grande. Acho que é o reconhecimento do trabalho. Esta é a terceira vez que sou convocado para a seleção principal, e é uma satisfação enorme poder voltar e defender as cores do Brasil. Ser convocado é um orgulho para todo mundo que trabalha no futebol, não só para o jogador. Os profissionais que trabalham com o esporte também têm o sonho de representar o seu país, exercendo a sua função, e comigo não é diferente. Então, eu estou muito feliz e orgulhoso de poder representar o Fluminense na Seleção Brasileira”, disse Marcos Seixas.

O preparador físico terá a companhia de Nino e André, que também foram convocados. Ele falou como é importante trabalhar com jogadores que já conhece.
“Encontrar jogadores com os quais trabalho aqui no dia a dia facilita muito, afinal já existe um entrosamento. Também encontrarei muitos atletas que fizeram parte do primeiro ou do segundo ciclo olímpico, que eu também já conheço. Isso facilita muito na hora de comandar as atividades, de fazer o trabalho. Conhecendo os atletas, a gente fica mais à vontade. Vai ser muito bacana tê-los lá trabalhando juntos”, falou Marcos Seixas.
