Pés no chão! Diniz exalta vitória, mas reforça: “Há erros para corrigir”
Após a vitória de virada sobre o Goiás, Fernando Diniz concedeu entrevista coletiva em Goiânia. O destaque da coletiva foram os nomes de Nathan e Willian Bigode, mencionados muitas vezes pelo treinador. Além disso, Diniz falou sobre outros aspectos do jogo e o confronto pela Copa do Brasil.
O Fluminense foi quem inaugurou o placar, mas levou o empate ainda no primeiro tempo. Aos 30 do segundo, sofreu a virada, que se desfez aos 40 minutos. Este é o segundo jogo em que o time precisa buscar o resultado e apresenta uma reação positiva – e dessa vez conseguiu a vitória. Diniz comentou sobre o impacto desse jogo no time e reforçou a necessidade de corrigir os erros cometidos:
“O que fortalece mais é saber que a gente ganhou o jogo. Mas cometemos erros e precisamos melhorar. Um time muito consciente de que tem coisas para evoluir. Tivemos muito mérito para vencer, foi um jogo muito difícil. O Goiás aqui é muito difícil de ser batido. Temos que comemorar muito, mas lembrar que temos erros para corrigir e o time está criando essa maturidade.”

A virada veio dos pés de Willian Bigode. O atacante entrou aos 33 minutos, e balançou as redes 7 depois. Foi seu terceiro gol com a camisa do Fluminense – marcou contra o Oriente Petrolero e Millonarios. Fernando Diniz falou sobre Willian e sobre outras peças que tem à disposição:
“[O Willian] É um jogador que eu adoro e que mais tentei levar pros times que trabalhei. É uma pessoa diferenciada e um jogador de nível alto, classe A. Que às vezes, como todo mudo, tem uns momentos em que as coisas não fluem, mas ele não desistiu de trabalhar e hoje foi a demonstração clara e inequívoca de que é um grande jogador. Aquele não foi um gol de sorte, é um gol que ele já fez muitas vezes. Ter o Willian pra poder entrar, o Nathan, o Marrony, o Felipe Melo, Martinelli… É um privilégio.”
Para este jogo contra o Goiás, Diniz repetiu a escalação que vinha usando ultimamente – mas começando com Nonato no lugar de Martinelli. Por conta da repetição, foi questionado se aquele seria o “time titular” do Flu e o treinador respondeu que sim, mas valorizou a qualidade dos demais jogadores:
“Eu acho que podemos falar que é o time titular. Bom, titular é todo mundo que está aqui, porque o nível é muito parecido. Eu procuro colocar sempre o melhor time para aquela partida, às vezes repete. Mas se aquele time está entrando mais, é porque eu acredito que naquele momento, ele tem mais chance de vencer. A lógica é essa. Mas não posso falar que Nathan ou Willian são reservas, são muito gabaritados, então podem iniciar a partida a qualquer momento do campeonato.”
Diniz comentou também sobre o jogo contra o Fortaleza, pelas quartas de final da Copa do Brasil:
“É um grande time, que tem um ótimo treinador e uma diretoria bastante atuante e que faz um trabalho de muitos anos do Marcelo Paz. Tem o mesmo treinador por quase dois anos consecutivos e mantem um time extremamente competitivo. Será um grande duelo. É um time que temos muito respeito, então sabemos que teremos que trabalhar muito pra oferecer o nosso melhor nesse duelo.”
O time volta a jogar no domingo, contra o Bragantino, às 16h. A partida será no Raulino de Oliveira, em Volta Redonda, e será válido pela 19ª rodada do Brasileirão.
