Fluminense vence por 3×0 fora de casa a equipe do Tijuca pelo Carioca Sub-21 de Vôlei Feminino
O Fluminense foi até o ginásio do Tijuca Tênis Clube na tarde deste sábado (09/09) enfrentar a equipe da casa pelo Estadual Sub-21 de Vôlei Feminino e devolveu o placar de 3×0 que havia sofrido no primeiro turno em Laranjeiras, parciais de 25×23, 25×21 e e 25×21.
O time que venceu hoje estava bem diferente daquele que estreou na competição perdendo para o mesmo Tijuca no mês de Maio. Além do treinador Rodrigo Barreto, que ainda não havia chegado ao tricolor, as Guerreiras da base hoje tiveram no time titular os reforços (e com grandes atuações) da líbero Maila Ribeiro, da ponteira Stephany Morete (que na época estavam com a seleção brasileira sub-19), da oposta Luana Gomes, da levantadora Carol Donatiello (reforços que chegaram do Pinheiros no segundo semestre) e da ponteira Fernanda Lima (contratada do Tijuca), dentre outras. Stephany e Luana inclusive foram escolhidas as melhores em quadra.
Perguntado, o coordenador técnico Rômulo Fonseca disse que acredita muito no trabalho para a sequência dos estaduais de base e para a disputa do Campeonato Brasileiro Interclubes:

“O trabalho tem sido feito com muito carinho e dedicação por toda a comissão técnica. O torcedor pode esperar muita entrega por parte de todos e todas. O resultado será fruto dessa entrega, portanto esperem um Time de Guerreiras que irá honrar as três cores mais tradicionais do Voleibol de base do Brasil.”
Rômulo ainda acrescenta um recado sobre os objetivos a médio/longo prazo no estadual:
“O objetivo é reconquistar a hegemonia no estado, tanto na categoria Sub-19 como na Sub-21.”
A equipe ainda tem a partida contra o Flamengo, na Gávea, para fechar a fase classificatória. Antes da disputa das semifinais, o foco será voltado para a disputa do Campeonato Brasileiro Interclubes, em Caxias do Sul-RS e Bauru-SP.
