A temporada do futebol feminino tricolor começou com a disputa da série A2, em que o Flu foi eliminado precocemente nas oitavas de final. Entre o término da competição e o início do Campeonato Carioca, previsto para setembro, as atenções se voltam para o Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino Sub-18. Nesse período de folga do time, o Saudações Tricolores entrou em contato com a treinadora da equipe principal Thaissan Passos, que também é a idealizadora do Daminhas da Bola, projeto parceiro do clube no futebol feminino.
ST: Não é de hoje que vemos meninas que iniciaram suas trajetórias no Daminhas da Bola serem convocadas para a seleção e recentemente vimos mais duas entrarem na lista, como Duda Calazans e Mirella. Qual o sentimento de ver essas jogadoras se destacando e dando os primeiros grandes passos na carreira?
Thaissan: Extremamente realizada. Fico feliz de saber que um sonho que muitos não acreditavam que daria frutos esteja colhendo o que foi semeado lá atrás. Hoje eu não estou mais todos os dias no Daminhas, mas temos profissionais que estão se desenvolvendo junto com as atletas, buscando o seu espaço no mercado, e me ajudando a seguir este sonho. O Daminhas é a grande realização da minha vida. Hoje além de termos atletas nos clubes, Seleção Brasileira de base, temos nas universidades e ex-Daminhas agora ajudando a formar Daminhas, como a auxiliar técnica do Sub-18, Lohayne Campos, que também foi atleta do projeto, e treinadora. Espero conseguirmos mais apoio, e o Daminhas continuar contribuindo com a formação de atletas, e principalmente de cidadãs de bem. Os professores que estão no Daminhas são fundamentais para a engrenagem girar, e estão vindo com uma nova geração que vai brilhar muito nos campos brasileiros. Me sinto abençoada por ter seguido esta caminhada.

Você tem grande envolvimento na iniciação da carreira dessas meninas. Quais valores você procura passar para elas enquanto mulheres e jogadoras em formação?
R: Meus professores foram muito importantes na minha formação como pessoa, como mulher e como profissional.
Lutei muito para conseguir jogar futebol, estudei em escola particular e fiz universidade com bolsa de estudos por conta do futebol, que é a grande ferramenta de transformação social da minha vida.
De lá para cá, muita coisa mudou, e precisamos criar um ambiente acolhedor, de aprendizado, respeito e direitos iguais, para que a nova geração possa entender tudo o que muitas mulheres lutaram para que hoje o futebol feminino esteja caminhando.
A expectativa para o acesso estava bem grande nesse ano. O que você costuma conversar com o time após um resultado negativo como aquele?
R: Temos consciência de que trabalhamos muito pelo acesso, infelizmente ele não veio, e sentimos muito.
Mas evoluímos em muitos aspectos como grupo com o passar das fases. Tenho consciência que estamos no caminho certo. Construímos um trabalho do zero, e a cada ano que passa estamos nos fortalecendo. Títulos não acontecem por acaso, eles são construídos.
Tenho muito orgulho deste grupo, estas meninas se doaram muito, todos os dias, e agradeço pela oportunidade de trabalhar com elas, pois tenho certeza que vamos ouvir falar muitos nomes por aí nos próximos meses, e teremos a certeza de que nada foi em vão.
Estamos trabalhando pelo desenvolvimento da modalidade, do nosso trabalho e para levar as cores do clube a voos altos. Temos atletas nas seleções U17 e U20, e trabalhamos todas as categorias da modalidade. Nada disso será em vão. Lá na frente a conta fecha, eu tenho certeza disso. O acesso vem.
Luany, Nubia e Luiza estavam integradas ao time principal para a disputa da A2 dessa temporada. Após a eliminação, houve uma conversa com elas sobre jogar o sub-18, elas pediram para jogar? Como foi essa decisão?
R: Uma decisão conjunta, entre atletas, clube e nossa gerente. Entendemos que as atletas estão no processo de transição da base para o adulto, que estar jogando é importante para que não pulem tantas etapas, e que seriam peças mais experientes para o U18. Elas já estão disputando o terceiro Campeonato Brasileiro, e agora o papel delas é contribuir com a nova geração que vai seguir na categoria, e elas sabem disso.
As meninas sabem que o nosso trabalho é coletivo, elas querem participar e contribuir. Terão muito tempo para jogar no adulto, daqui a pouco a idade bate e elas vão viver tudo o que precisam na categoria de cima, mais maduras em todos os sentidos, e deixando em boas mãos para o trabalho seguir.
Qual a expectativa para o restante da temporada?
R: Foco total no Campeonato Carioca, já pensando em uma organização para o Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino A2 do próximo ano.
As competições femininas estão ganhando cada vez mais destaque. Recentemente, a fase final do Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino Sub-16 contou com transmissão do SporTV. Como você avalia essa evolução do calendário e da estrutura das competições femininas?
R: Ficamos muito tempo sem nada andar no futebol feminino, e agora cada passo dado precisa ser valorizado. Ainda não estamos no ideal, mas muita gente está trabalhando para que as coisas aconteçam.
Joguei como atleta poucas competições de base, nunca joguei um U15 ou U16, hoje temos esta categoria em competição.
Acredito que um passo importante para que tenhamos mais atletas nas categorias de base dos clubes é o retorno da Seleção Brasileira Sub-15.
Tudo o que está acontecendo hoje em relação a visibilidade, a chegada de mais clubes e competições, foi plantado lá atrás, e a chegada das pessoas sérias e comprometidas com o crescimento da modalidade nas federações, clubes e CBF fazem toda diferença. Precisamos trabalhar para que o futebol feminino seja um bom produto, apresentar bons jogos, competições de nível. Isso traz visibilidade, e lá na frente teremos resultados que vão fazer toda diferença.
