Não tenho a menor dúvida, pelo menos na teoria e na aposta, que Fernando Diniz terá a sua disposição nesta temporada o melhor elenco, no mínimo, dos últimos dez anos e não sou capaz de afirmar por exemplo que o time campeão Brasileiro em 2012 era tão farto como este, embora tenha tido “cracaços” como Deco e Fred, que valiam por cinco ou seis jogadores. Porém, depois deste ano de 2012 só tivemos elenco e times medíocres, cujo objetivo era não cair para a segundona. Estivemos perto disso em várias temporadas. Tudo mudou, queiram ou não os desafetos do presidente Mario Bittencourt e adoradores (por incrível que pareça ainda tem) do fatídico e incompetente Pedro Abad, com a ascensão do Presidente atual, que mesmo cometendo alguns erros (logicamente no meu modo de ver) está mudando o Fluminense da água para o vinho. Não sou adivinho para saber o que virá nos próximos anos, mas a realidade hoje é esta.
Por isso estou ansioso, bota ansioso nisso, para ver como se sairá o nosso técnico Fernando Diniz. A minha expectativa é a melhor possível, Fernando terá a sua disposição muito mais opções, por exemplo, do que o ano glorioso de 2023, para mexer na equipe sem deixá-la cair muito de produção no segundo tempo. Jogadores como Renato Augusto, a melhor contratação dos últimos anos, o zagueiro Antônio Carlos, Terans, Douglas Costa, Gabriel Pires, o goleiro Felipe Alves e os garotos Jan Lucumi e agora o Marquinhos, que está no pré-olímpico por empréstimo, junto ao Arsenal. Apostas mesmo nestes que podem até brigar por um lugar no time principal, só o Douglas Costa, assim mesmo por coisas alheias ao campo de futebol.
Com o número de competições que o Fluminense terá este ano, o Campeonato Carioca (lutamos nesta competição pelo importantíssimo Tri campeonato que não conquistamos desde 83-84-85, ou seja, trinta e nove anos), Recopa, Campeonato Brasileiro, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores da América, como veem um calendário de maluco. Por tudo isso Fernando Diniz certamente terá que abrir mão de seu conceito costumeiro até então de não poupar ninguém, a não ser em casos especiais. Não dá mais, ainda bem que reforçamos e muito o elenco. A primeira grande surpresa deste ano é a liderança do Estadual, por estarmos disputando com a terceira equipe, quase toda de garotos.
Não sei se estes garotos continuarão como opções durante esta temporada. Apesar da liderança e da ótima campanha, apostaria que destes só uns poucos ficarão à disposição do Diniz. Cito o Felipe Alves, o Isac, claro o Lelê e talvez o Luan Freitas. Arthur mais uma vez não está aproveitando a sua chance. Precisa melhorar muito, principalmente a sua “disposição”, garra em campo. Fica para o próximo artigo sobre a entrevista do Presidente Mario Bittencourt, mas posso dizer que achei muito boa. Talvez tenha desagradado às redes sociais por motivos óbvios, mas como disse isto fica para depois.
