A inversão dos valores e o princípio do fim dos clubes brasileiros – FIFA estuda permitir contratos internacionais a partir de 16 anos
Nada é tão ruim que não possa piorar. A FIFA, a maior entidade do futebol internacional, estuda alterar as regras do primeiro contrato, ainda com 16 anos, dos jogadores para que os clubes internacionais já possam abordar os atletas antes mesmo deles firmarem seus primeiros vínculos com os seus clubes-formadores. Na contramão daquilo que pleiteia o presidente tricolor – que já levou uma sugestão à CBF, para que a nossa principal entidade encaminhe à FIFA uma proposta aumentando o vínculo do primeiro contrato para cinco anos – a Federação Internacional pretende facilitar o acesso aos jogadores ainda em fase final de formação
Mário Bittencourt, em seu encontro com Rogério Caboclo, presidente da CBF, sugeriu uma mudança das regras atuais, pois o cenário é extremamente desfavorável aos clubes do mercado formador. Hoje a Lei Pelé permite que jogadores de 16 anos assinem contrato por cinco temporadas, porém, a federação internacional limita os vínculos de menores de idade a três. Ou seja, as principais revelações do futebol, e seja em que caso for, já ficam expostas ao assédio externo e sujeitas às decisões de empresários que nem sempre pensam no melhor para o clube e no plano de carreira para o jogador. Neste cenário, vemos clubes seculares em situação pré-falimentar enquanto os novos barões do futebol enriquecem em ritmo acelerado.
Não que a situação de penúria dos clubes se limite somente ao que reza as leis que norteiam as transações e tempo de vínculo, mas é notório que temos hoje uma situação muito diferente daquela que ocorria quando da elaboração das leis e normas vigentes.

Caso isso de fato ocorra, a FIFA estará aumentando ainda mais o buraco existente entre o mercado formador – Brasil e América do Sul em geral – e os mercados compradores – Europa, Oriente Médio e parte da Ásia. Hoje, já existe a dificuldade em se firmar o primeiro contrato após os 18 anos, com o vínculo maior, de cinco anos que é o limite da legislação. Agora, imaginem que um atleta já possa desembarcar na Europa com apenas 16 anos… Pois, é. Tragédia à vista.
O assédio agora se iniciaria nos campeonatos de base sub-16. Já imaginou a quantidade de olheiros, de clubes internacionais, que estariam presentes nas partidas espalhadas pelo Brasil afora?

Vou além, os clubes podem firmar parcerias com os mesmos e pagarem altas comissões futuras pelas negociações envolvendo o atleta representado – e outras tantas outras negociatas que minha imaginação sequer atinge. Esse processo será o início do fim dos clubes brasileiros, e até os latinos, de uma forma em geral.
Mais uma vez. Ou os clubes brasileiros se unem, e protestam, façam barulho, greve, ameacem desfiliação, criem uma nova ordem no futebol mundial, buscando apoio dos países latinos, ou estaremos acompanhando uma queda brutal em receitas e em qualidade do futebol. Se hoje, do jeito que está, já é desequilibrado, nessa nova proposta a dona Fifa está querendo colocar, nesta briga insana, uma bazuca nas mãos dos clubes mais ricos e, ainda não satisfeita, retirar o estilingue das mãos dos mais pobres.
Acordem, torcedores de todos os clubes da América do Sul. Ou jamais iremos disputar mais nada de igual para igual com ninguém de fora do nosso continente.
Será a mesma história se repetindo, aquela mesma da colonização. Eles virão aqui levar nosso ouro (jogadores) e deixar manufaturas baratas (training compensation).

Me perdoem a mudança de assunto, mas é necessário pra explicar essa questão de “inversão de valores” e infelizmente está ligado à questão do marxismo cultural ou comunismo, que se infiltrou por décadas na cultura do país e do mundo. Minha opinião é que os representantes das torcidas, treinadores, jogadores e demais funcionários que movem o clube, deveriam saber com clareza, a dimensão da “bola” que é isso tudo e a partir daí alterar algo no futebol.
