SOB A LUZ DO REFLETOR – Fla x Flu Já Acabou…

Volta da pandemia e o Flu, depois de fazer 3 jogos horrorosos, enfrenta o Fla na final da Guanabara. Jogo com cara de goleada. Odair escala 3 volantes e empata fechando os espaços do Fla. Ganhamos nos pênaltis e fomos aos dois jogos da final. Repetindo a escalação, Flu joga muito bem no primeiro jogo, fazendo um segundo tempo muito bom e atacando os caras, coisa rara na era Odair. Perdemos injustamente numa falha ridícula do Egídio. Deu esperanças ao torcedor, mas no jogo seguinte o que se viu foi o Flu correndo muito e fechando os espaços do Fla, mas já não bastava o empate e assim perdemos o título. A torcida, mesmo triste, entendeu a superação e viu evolução na equipe, principalmente no aspecto defensivo. Ainda acredito que um jogador de velocidade para explorar melhor a linha de defesa adiantada, seria mais eficiente do que o Marcos Paulo, mas a evolução estava presente, precisando ajustar a parte ofensiva, que o Flu deixou de fazer desde a volta da pandemia.

A psicologia ensina que precisamos retornar no passado para entender o presente. Esta aí, Odair acha que vivemos num eterno Fla x Flu, quando ele jogou para se defender.Ou realmente tem dificuldades sérias em entender que um time precisa criar muitas chances para fazer alguns gols.

É certo que ele acabou mexendo no time e colocando o Michel Araújo no meio, sacando um dos volantes. Michel é um jogador voluntarioso, que marca e sabe jogar mais que um volante. Isso ajudou muito a mudança, mas logo veio a recaída: Troca de Yago por Yuri. Um verdadeiro assassinato ao nosso meio de campo. Quando ele monta uma dupla interessante de volantes, que sabem sair para o jogo e são rápidos na marcação…ele retorna com um bonde para posição. Odair tinha o meio arrumado, só precisava acertar a posição do Nenê e o fez. Para que mexer nos volantes? O problema já não era mais ali. Nosso problema é a chegada no ataque com poucos homens e por consequência o recuo obsessivo da bola sem razão de ser.

O Flu joga com Evanílson enfiado e quase 4 meias por trás. Existe uma distância abissal do último cara do meio de campo para Evanilson, que pode ser melhorada com o Nenê mais centralizado…melhorada, não sanada. Quantos contra ataques nós tentamos e esbarramos em 3 ou 4 defensores contra o Evanílson? O mesmo segura a bola e recua. Ah é só esse problema? Não !

Nossos laterais são horrorosos. Egídio enganou até onde deu, principalmente contra os pequenos no Carioca. As falhas são grotescas e geralmente resultam em gol do adversário, para o azar nosso e dele. Julião não é jogador de futebol. Me desculpem quem acha isso. Teria sérias dificuldades na minha pelada com a rapaziada de 35 a 40 anos. Ai já temos um problema no elenco. Odair precisa apostar nos jovens nessas posições. Callegari está ai e na esquerda deve ter alguém na base melhor que o Egídio ou Orinho.

Passando pelo problema nas laterais, chegamos ao posicionamento do time. É nítido que o time não avança no toque de bola. Tem a filosofia de ficar com ela, mas falta movimentação, aproximação e posicionamento mais a frente. Senão vejamos: Você recebe uma bola na lateral, tem 2 do seu time mais a frente, afastados  e 7 atrás da linha da bola. Para onde é mais “seguro” ir para não perde-la? Para trás obviamente. E assim segue o Fluminense. Avança as duras penas até o meio de campo, quando consegue a proeza de passar da linha do meio, começa a recuar a bola. Ela para nos pés do Muriel. Isso se repete pelo menos 10 vezes durante o jogo.

As entrevistas do Odair são de matar um torcedor. Quando ele não responde sempre a mesma coisa, sobre oportunizar, volume de jogo e etc…ele surpreende com uma interpretação do futebol que assusta. Na última ele disse que o problema era que o Flu sai sempre atrás do marcador. Nesse jogo contra o Bragantino, ficamos atrás do marcador por 30 segundos e no primeiro minuto de jogo, ou seja: teve jogo a vera até o 2 x 1 dos caras e não estávamos atrás do placar. Depois disse que se tivéssemos feito gol nas chances que tivemos, poderia ser diferente. Meu Deus, Flu teve uma chance fora o gol. Uma outra embolada no segundo tempo, num bate rebate danado. Odair acha mesmo que um time de futebol consegue ter 100% de aproveitamento nas chances criadas? Ele acha que se construir uma oportunidade é o suficiente para fazer 1 gol?

Odair sabe fechar o time. Pode acabar perdendo os jogos porque fechar a casinha é arriscado e com adversário em cima, a bola acaba entrando. Essa última frase ele não consegue entender para fazer o seu time avançar. Para fazer gols precisa atacar mais vezes, com mais gente e ter mais chances de gols. Algumas serão desperdiçadas, sempre. Em outras a bola entrará.

Por fim, Odair tem um problema que não é dele e sim do Fluminense e sua diretoria. Excesso de jogadores veteranos e com moral suficiente para criar tumulto se não jogarem. Escutei falar que precisamos mesclar jovens com os veteranos. Fazemos isso, vejam nosso time titular e temos 2 mais veteranos: Egídio e Nenê. Não é só isso. Alguns jovens não jogam como jovens. Marcos Paulo é um desses. Julião é outro.

Os problemas são muitos: laterais horrorosos, esquema medroso que é criado para não tomar gols, escalações erradas (no caso Yuri x Yago, Callegari x Julião), elenco recheado de medalhões veteranos e o entendimento do treinador de como fazer os gols. Sim, retornando a coluna anterior: É preciso entender o erro para conserta-lo. Odair não entende como deve agir para fazer mais gols, aí fica difícil evoluir.

Esquece o Fla x Flu Odair. Fluminense precisa ganhar os jogos e não mais empatar!
