Mário Bittencourt fala sobre centralização das execuções e expõe número de acordos feitos
O presidente Mário Bittencourt, em entrevista coletiva, expôs alguns números do jurídico do Fluminense e revelou a quantidade de acordos que foram celebrados ao longo de sua gestão. Segundo o mandatário, o tricolor já realizou 267 acordos, tendo quitado completamente 88 deles e que 179 estão em curso de pagamento. Isso, ainda segundo o presidente, representou uma ecônomia de R$ 28 milhões aos cofres tricolores. Além desses acordos, ainda foi explicado os próximos passos da Centralização das Execuções, tanto da esfera cível quanto da esfera trabalhista.
Mário comentou que todos os credores do clube já foram contactados pelo jurídico e revelou que está agendada uma reunião, com todos eles, para o final de janeiro, onde o clube vai explicar o plano de pagamento. Isso também será apresentado às Justiças do Trabalho e Cível, entre o final de janeiro e início de fevereiro, atendendo assim o prazo de 60 dias concedidos, quando do deferimento da liminar que suspendeu as execuções. O plano inicial para pagamento será de seis anos, podendo ser prorrogado em mais quatro.
Após a aprovação do plano de pagamento, o clube começará a depositar as parcelas mensais em juízo, nas varas determinadas para as centralizações.
