O auxiliar técnico do Fluminense, Marcão irá integrar a comissão da seleção brasileira, entre os dias 15 e 27 de abril, como informado pelo ge. O ex-jogador foi convidado por Ramon Menezes para compor a equipe em três amistosos.
As partidas serão contra contra Uzbequistão ou Senegal no dia 19, República Dominicana no dia 22, e Iraque no dia 25, em Jerez de la Frontera, na Espanha. Esses jogos serão os últimos testes do time antes da convocação para a Copa do Mundo Sub-20.
Marcão e Ramon Menezes já são velhos conhecidos. Os dois atuaram junto pelo Tricolor em 2004.
