Luiz Henrique recorda duelo do último Brasileirão e busca nova vitória por vaga na Libertadores
O Fluminense está a uma vitória de carimbar seu passaporte para a próxima edição da Libertadores. E isso pode acontecer neste domingo (05/12), às 16h, quando a equipe enfrenta o Bahia na Arena Fonte Nova. Para Luiz Henrique, um dos grandes destaques do time na temporada, será também a oportunidade de reviver um jogo que marcou sua ainda curta carreira.
Pela última edição do Campeonato Brasileiro, que já havia rompido o ano de 2021, foi do Moleque de Xerém o gol de uma importante vitória tricolor sobre o Bahia em Salvador por 1 a 0, no dia 3 de fevereiro, pela 34ª rodada. Naquele dia, o Fluminense encaminhou sua classificação para a competição continental. Luiz Henrique recordou o confronto e assegurou que as recordações o motivam ainda mais a repetir o feito nesta tarde.

“Aquele jogo ajudou a gente a se classificar para a Libertadores e espero que isso se repita. Lembro muito bem daquele jogo e se Deus quiser vamos conseguir fazer mais uma grande partida, firme, para a gente sair com os três pontos e essa classificação tão desejada”, declarou o jogador, que fez um alerta sobre a dificuldade do confronto, apesar da situação delicada do adversário na competição:
“Vai ser um jogo muito difícil. O time deles está pressionando a sair da zona de rebaixamento, mas vamos entrar concentrados no nosso jogo, com muito foco para conseguir a vitória”.
Em reta final de temporada, restando somente dois jogos para o fim do Campeonato Brasileiro, Luiz Henrique admitiu cansaço, sobretudo após duas temporadas praticamente emendadas em função da pandemia. Mas, apesar disso, ele garantiu estar 100% e disse que a semana livre para treinamentos ajudou o time a se preparar para o duelo desta tarde.
“Foi uma semana muito importante. A gente entra contra o Bahia descansado, com a perna mais leve. Foi uma semana boa, de treinamentos e muito trabalho. Sei que isso vai nos ajudar a sair com a vitória lá”.
Embora tenha o foco voltado inteiramente para a partida contra o Bahia, Luiz Henrique tem acompanhado a movimentação da torcida tricolor, que já superou a marca de 25 mil ingressos vendidos para o confronto contra a Chapecoense, na quinta-feira (09/12), no Maracanã. Isso, segundo o atacante, motiva ainda mais o time a trazer um resultado positivo, que permita ao Fluminense entrar na última rodada com a classificação assegurada e vivo na briga por uma vaga direta na fase de grupos da Libertadores.
“Precisamos entrar com essa possibilidade na cabeça, mas o foco é todo no jogo contra o Bahia. Sabemos que contra a Chapecoense a casa vai estar lotada, nossa torcida vai incentivar e fazer uma linda festa. E esperamos voltar com os três pontos da Bahia para depois fazermos mais um grande jogo em casa e quem sabe conseguir essa vaga direta na fase de grupos”.
