Julgamento de Flu e Inter (feminino Sub18): ambos são condenados e a taça, a princípio, segue nas Laranjeiras
Nesta sexta feira (28), foi realizada a sessão de julgamento que julgou as infrações cometidas por Fluminense e Internacional no segundo jogo da final do Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino sub-18 de 2020. Na ocasião, as Coloradas venceram no tempo regulamentar por 4 a 1 e disputaram o título nos pênaltis, quando o Tricolor sagrou-se campeão.
Ambas foram denunciadas no art. 214 do Código Brasileiro de Justiça Desportiva, que prevê a punição à entidade desportiva que incluir na partida ou fizer constar da súmula atleta em situação irregular. A pena para a entidade infratora é a perda de pontos atribuídos à vitória e aplicação multa de cem a cem mil reais. Não sendo possível aplicar estas penas em função do regulamento da competição, poderá ocorrer a exclusão da competição.
O Comunicado de Irregularidade de Jogador (CIJ) emitido pela Diretoria de Competições da CBF informou que o Flu escalou irregularmente a atacante Kailane, que deveria estar cumprindo suspensão por ter recebido o 3º cartão amarelo no jogo anterior. Do lado do Inter, houve a inscrição de 24 atletas no campeonato, uma a mais do que permite o regulamento. Com isso, a relação da jogadora Mariana Zenalia Steiak na partida deu azo à denúncia, pois participou na condição de 24ª atleta.

O julgamento
Em primeira instância, os clubes foram condenados por unanimidade no art. 214, parágrafos 1º e 2º. A decisão foi pela perda de 6 pontos para o Internacional e 3 para o Fluminense, além de multa no valor de 25 mil reais para cada. Ainda cabe recurso.
Ao final da sessão, a Presidente da Comissão Disciplinar esclareceu, ainda, que a decisão a respeito de eventual perda de título por parte do Fluminense, caberá ao departamento de competições da CBF, mas que acredita que não haverá modificações neste sentido.
