Flúnel do Tempo: Há 28 anos, Renato Gaúcho marcou de barriga e garantiu o título tricolor em cima do Flamengo
Fluminense e Flamengo começam a decidir na noite desta terça-feira (16) a vaga para as quartas de final da Copa do Brasil 2023. Pela competição, esse será um confronto inédito.
Apesar de serem rivais estaduais e já terem se enfrentado diversas vezes nos demais torneios, o Fla x Flu nunca ocorreu na Copa do Brasil.
Para a decisão da vaga na próxima fase da competição, o tricolor conta com a boa fase que vem vivendo, especialmente em cima de seu rival e adversário desta noite: nos últimos dez jogos o Fluminense soma sete vitórias, um empate e duas derrotas.

O Flúnel do tempo de hoje vai relembrar um dos gols mais marcantes da história do clássico: o gol de barriga de Renato Gaúcho.
Em 1995 tricolores e rubro-negros decidiam mais uma final de Campeonato Carioca, diante de mais de 110 mil pessoas, no Maracanã.
Na ocasião, o time da Gávea era considerado amplo favorito para o duelo e contava com a vantagem do empate. Apesar disso, com o “lendário” gol de barriga marcado por Renato Gaúcho, quem ficou com o título foi o Fluminense.
Até os 40 minutos do segundo tempo da decisão, a partida estava igualada em 2 x 2 no placar e era possível ouvir gritos de “É CAMPEÃO” vindo da torcida rubro-negra. Foi então que o meia tricolor Ailton chutou a bola em direção ao gol. Mesmo tentando desviar, a bola desvia na barriga de Renato Gaúcho e morre dentro das redes, colocando o tricolor a frente no placar. A curiosidade é que o árbitro da partida, Leo Feldman, deu o gol decisivo para Ailton:
“A jogada foi toda dele. Ele dá dois cortes lindos no Charles Guerreiro e bate cruzado. A bola entraria sem bater na barriga do Renato, que até se encolheu para não tomar bolada. Eu defendi isso em um programa na TVE, com o Paulo Stein, na frente do Renato, anos depois. Nem Renato nem Aílton tinham visto aquela súmula” – Defendeu Leo Feldman
Com 3×2 no placar e um gol antológico, o título Carioca de 1995 foi para Laranjeiras.
O famoso “gol de barriga” é lembrado até hoje pelos tricolores em seus cantos em apoio ao clube durante as partidas no estádio.
