Fluminense fecha acordo na justiça com André Luis por dívida que será paga em 38 parcelas
Na noite da última terça-feira (7), o juiz da 62ª Vara do Trabalho do Rio de Janeiro do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da Primeira Região (TRT-1), Edson Dias da Silva examinou o acordo feito entre o Fluminense e André Luis e o Tricolor terá que pagar uma dívida de R$ 5.098.000,00 ao atleta. Essa informação foi dada em primeira mão pelo portal Esporte News Mundo.
Segundo a reportagem, que teve acesso a detalhes do caso, o clube e o jogador precisam aceitar o acordo no prazo de cinco dias.
“Intimem-se as partes, para que digam se aceitam o acordo nos exatos termos abaixo, no prazo de cinco dias, valendo o silêncio como anuência, tendo em vista que foram as próprias partes que instaram o juízo à apreciação da proposta conciliatória”, disse o magistrado.
O Fluminense terá que pagar essa dívida ao André em 38 parcelas. Caso não cumpra o pagamento mensal do acordo, o Tricolor sofrerá uma pena de multa de 25% e terá o vencimento antecipado das demais parcelas.

Em junho, o Flu já tinha sofrido uma penhora na justiça sobre os valores que iria receber pela participação da Copa do Brasil, justamente por conta desse acordo com o zagueiro. Esta ação com o defensor corre na justiça desde 2013, só depois da penhora do dinheiro que os dois entraram em comum acordo.
Em 2015 o Fluminense foi condenado a pagar cerca de R$ 1,5 milhão ao zagueiro que pedia cláusula compensatória, direitos de arena e imagem, além de multas, com integração em férias acrescidas do terço constitucional, 13º salário e FGTS. Naquela ocasião, o magistrado acatou o pedido de André.
