Cria de Xerém, Tarciane é listada entre as 20 maiores promessas do mundo no futebol feminino
A zagueira Tarciane – joia da base do Fluminense e que hoje joga no Corinthians – foi listada entre as 20 maiores promessas do mundo no futebol feminino. Ela foi selecionada pelo NxGn Awards, premiação feita em conjunto com o portal Goal e o anúncio foi realizado na última terça-feira por meio das redes sociais.
Com 18 anos, Tarciane ficou na 14ª colocação e é a única jogadora a atuar no Brasil que consta na lista. Outra brasileira citada foi Giovana Queiroz – ou apenas “Gio”, como é conhecida – também d 18 anos, que ficou em 10º. Aposta de Pia Sundhage como renovação na Seleção Brasileira, hoje a atacante está no Levante, da Espanha.

A jogadora começou a carreira no futebol no Daminhas da Bola, projeto de Thaissan Passos, ex-treinadora do Fluminense e que hoje também veste a camisa do time paulista. Em 2018, com o início dos trabalhos do departamento de futebol feminino no Fluminense, Tarci passou a vestir a camisa tricolor, que defendeu até meados de 2021.
A zagueira se destacava não só por sua altura e demais qualidades inerentes à posição – junto com Núbia, eram chamadas de “Torres Gêmeas” -, mas também pela qualidade de passe e boa finalização. Com o tempo, ainda tornou-se especialista em cobranças de falta, balançando as redes diversas vezes (relembre aqui seus gols de falta pelo Flu). Com isso, chamou atenção de Simone Jatobá, treinadora da Seleção Feminina Sub-17, que a convocou já em 2019 e, desde então, se tornou nome recorrente nas convocações, chegando também ao time sub-20.
Ao todo, realizou 51 jogos, entre base e principal, e fez 16 gols com a armadura tricolor, tendo também conquistado o título inédito do Brasileirão Feminino Sub-18 de 2020.
