CBF e federação de atletas reduzem intervalo mínimo entre jogos do Brasileirão para 48h
Por conta do calendário apertado causado pela pandemia da Covid-19, a CBF e a Federação Nacional dos Atletas Profissionais de Futebol (Fenapaf) entraram em acordo para diminuir o tempo entre os jogos da Série A do Campeonato Brasileiro. Desta forma, o intervalo mínimo para as partidas foi reduzido de 66 horas para 48 horas.
A redução do prazo ficará limitada ao máximo de quatro partidas por equipe na competição. Além disso, nenhuma equipe disputará duas partidas seguidas com referido intervalo reduzido. Confira o comunicado da CBF na íntegra:
A Confederação Brasileira de Futebol e a FENAPAF – Federaçao Nacional dos Atletas Profissionais de Futebol, com a anuência do Ministério Público do Trabalho e a homologação do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 15ª Região (Campinas), vêm a público informar que aditaram o acordo que estabelecia o intervalo mínimo de 66 horas entre partidas de competições coordenadas pela CBF, para estabelecer que, durante a temporada de 2020, de forma absolutamente excepcional e somente se necessário, poderão ser marcadas partidas com intervalo mínimo de 48 horas. Tal medida se aplica inicialmente à Série A, podendo ser estendida a outras competições de âmbito nacional mediante o mesmo critério adotado, ou seja, consulta prévia aos clubes e atletas.

A redução do prazo ficará limitada ao máximo de quatro partidas por equipe na competição, sendo que o intervalo entre duas partidas nessas condições não será inferior a 15 dias por clube. Além disso, nenhuma equipe disputará duas partidas seguidas com referido intervalo reduzido.
A CBF e a FENAPAF reafirmam a excepcionalidade da medida e asseguram que a mesma só será adotada com o objetivo de que as competições da temporada 2020 não avancem ainda mais sobre o calendário de 2021, garantido o trabalho seguro aos atletas, bem como um período de descanso ao final de 2020 e férias integrais ao final de 2021″.
