Seria uma coisa do outro mundo, um absurdo eleger Odair Helmann como melhor técnico do turno? “Os falsos gênios” certamente iriam colocar a boca no trombone, esbraveceriam da cabeça aos pés. “Como isso é possível se o Fluminense está em quarto lugar, não liderou uma rodada sequer no campeonato e não é justo que esteja um nível acima do Eduardo Coudet, Domenec Torrent ou do Jorge Sampaoli”. Eu não tenho a menor dúvida de apontar o Odair Helmann não só o melhor técnico do mês de outubro como até então o melhor do campeonato. Seu concorrente neste quesito seria o técnico do Internacional, Eduardo Coudet.
Digo isso convicto por uma razão simples e incontestável: ao contrário do Flamengo e do Atlético Mineiro, que têm elenco e dinheiro sobrando para contratar quem quiserem, o Fluminense principalmente e o Internacional não têm nada sobrando, nem elenco e muito menos grana, o que dignifica mais ainda o trabalho do Odair Helmann e do Eduardo Coudet, cuja equipe não é tudo isso que a imprensa alardeia por aí, pelo menos na minha opinião. Com tudo que tem à disposição, o Flamengo e o Galo teriam obrigação, ano atípico ou não, de dispararem na liderança do campeonato e o São Paulo. Por enquanto não vejo nada demais nos trabalhos do Domenec Torrent e do Jorge Paoli. Não estão fazendo o dever de casa como se esperava.
Depois das duas eliminações terríveis, com a torcida querendo o Odair Helmann longe das Laranjeiras, o Presidente Mario Bittencourt, a quem critico quase sempre, ignorou a ira dos torcedores e o bancou firmemente. Como se diz, há males que vêm pra bem. Depois destas eliminações, com mais tempo para treinar, Odair Helmann, ainda debaixo de pesadas críticas, seguiu seu caminho arrumando o time. Primeiro saímos da zona do rebaixamento, em seguida passamos a frequentar a primeira página da tabela, depois de seis anos, diga-se de passagem, e finalmente chegamos à zona da Libertadores e pôr fim aos inimagináveis, surpreendentes, inacreditáveis trinta e dois pontos na quarta posição na tabela. Não há como negar o mérito gigantesco do Odair Helmann nesta trajetória, com Filipe Cardoso e tudo.
Para finalizar, alguns recadinhos para tricolores que acham que SABEM TUDO do nosso Tricolor (serve também para alguns que têm sites no Youtube). Não tenham vergonha de se contradizer (eu fiz isso), e por outro lado não tenham vergonha de raciocinar (Voltaire com algumas modificações). Parem com estas bobagens, idiotices sem tamanho de dizer que o Odair só chegou aonde está porque é um sortudo. Com teimosia e tudo ele faz no momento UM GRANDE TRABALHO NO NOSSO CLUBE e ponto final. Parem também de esculhambar o Danilo Barcelos e o Fred. Percam os seus tempos nada preciosos e se dêem ao luxo de ver quantas partidas o Fluminense perdeu desde que eles entraram no time. Vou facilitar: NENHUMA, caramba para não falar outra coisa
Belo comentário. Faço de minha as suas palavras. Também critico muito o Odair, com algumas mexidas que faz e não aproveitamento por exemplo do Miguel, em certos momentos, mais não posso deixar de ver também, que o time vem subindo de produção, que o time vem jogando a cada jogo, de uma forma, conforme o adversário e não vem levando sustos nesses últimos jogos. Lógico que o time poderia ser mais ofensivo, mais rápido em certos momentos do jogo, mais quem sou eu para estar criticando um técnico que está nos últimos três brasileiros, duas com o Inter e uma com o nosso tricolor, sempre no pelotão da frente. Vamos para de só criticar e procurar ver os méritos do Odair. Ele está se mostrando um grande estrategista, além de um ótimo gestor.
O Miguel ainda não está pronto, deveria ter ganhado mais rodagem no Carioca… perdemos a oportunidade. No Brasileirão só tem jogo difícil e pegado (até agora o Flu não teve jogo tranquilo), concordo com o Odair em não lançar ele agora (apesar de ter discordado de não ter lançado ele mais vezes no estadual.
O André, a mesma coisa… Acho que ainda não está pronto, é um bom reserva (tem entrado bem no decorrer dos jogos), mas quando teve oportunidade de sair de titular, não fez uma boa partida… dá pra segurar no banco e ir lançando aos poucos (a cabeça de área não é um setor tão carente que seja necessário acelerar tanto esse processo com o menino).
J. Kenedy e S. Granada sim, acho que deveriam ter mais oportunidades, mas como reserva… assim como foi feito com o Luiz Henrique.
M. Paulo e L. Henrique já estão prontos… todos os outros devem ser preparados para o próximo ano.
Creio que a manutenção do trabalho (Odair a frente do time), dispensando jogadores que não estão bem (Egidio, F. Cardoso e etc), utilizando esse meninos da base que estão amadurecendo (Marcos Felipe, Calegari, Andre, L. Freitas, Miguel, JK e Granada) e fazendo algumas contratações pontuais (Lateral direito, volante, meia armador e atacante) nosso time será bem mais competitivo.
Sou adepto a continuidade do trabalho, sem essa história de trocar técnico e reformular o time todo ano… Pro ano que vem é isso, a base tá formada, tem que renovar com os destaques (Claro, Nino, Dodi e Yago) e reforçar “cirurgicamente” nas posições mais carentes.
