Sub 20: Com exclusividade ao Saudações, Eduardo Oliveira fala sobre a classificação no Carioca e a preparação para os próximos jogos
O Fluminense Sub 20 empatou com o Volta Redonda, ontem, dia 02, em jogo válido pela volta das quartas de final do Campeonato Carioca e se classificou para a próxima fase da competição. E a nossa reportagem, que estava presente em Laranjeiras, conseguiu realizar uma entrevista exclusiva com o técnico do Tricolor na categoria: o Eduardo Oliveira. O treinador então falou sobre o controle do jogo feito pela equipe do Flu, a semifinal contra o Vasco e a preparação para o próximo confronto contra o Palmeiras pelo Campeonato Brasileiro.
Nossa reportagem perguntou sobre qual pode ter sido o maior aprendizado que a garotada pode levar da partida e da classificação para a próxima fase do Carioca. O treinador então respondeu que o time aprende como se deve se jogar um mata-mata, onde a equipe tinha construído uma boa vantagem no jogo de ida e que soube administrar na segunda partida para não tomar um gol para consequentemente conseguir avançar sem perigo.
“Eu acredito que o grande aprendizado é saber jogar um mata-mata. A gente construiu uma vantagem fora de casa e obviamente a gente buscou a vitória aqui a todo o momento. Mas o mais importante quando você tem uma vantagem é não tomar o gol. A partir do momento que você não toma o gol você está dentro da competição. E a gente conseguiu controlar o jogo, principalmente na segundo tempo para que a gente não corresse riscos e não sairmos daqui classificados.”

O treinador também foi perguntado sobre a minutagem dos Moleques de Xerém em campo e afirmou que ” a ideia é a gente poder oportunizar cada vez mais os atletas do plantel do clube”. E também constatou que os jogadores devem ser vistos em jogos já que a avaliação feita pela comissão técnica nos treinos não é tão veraz.
“No futebol de base, a gente precisa observar os jogadores em jogos. Se a gente ficar só em treinos a gente não vai ter uma avaliação fidedigna do jogador. Então a ideia é a gente poder oportunizar cada vez mais os atletas do plantel do clube”.
O Fluminense tem dois grandes jogos pela frente: primeiro contra o Palmeiras e depois contra o Vasco. O técnico Eduardo Oliveira falou sobre o descanso da equipe afirmou que ontem, depois da partida, o elenco iria descansar e que hoje a equipe iria “virar a chave” para o confronto contra o time paulista.
“Hoje é o dia que a gente precisa dar uma relaxada e amanhã a gente já começa a pensar no próximo adversário. E tem sido assim na temporada, é uma temporada com muitos jogos, com 2, 3 jogos por semana e a gente nessa reta final é puxar e ir até o final para a gente poder representar muito bem nossa torcida”.
