Sub-14: Fluminense estreia na VR Cup nesta terça-feira
O Fluminense fará sua estreia na VR Cup Sub-14 nesta terça-feira(06) contra o RB Bragantino, às 13h. O tricolor está no grupo C, com sede em Pinheiral, junto com Cruzeiro e Serrano, além do adversário da estreia.
A VR Cup reúne grandes clubes brasileiros, incluindo Atlético-MG, Corinthians, Coritiba, Cruzeiro, Flamengo, Grêmio, São Paulo e Vasco da Gama. Ao todo, são 16 equipes divididas em quatro grupos, jogando entre si em turno único. Os dois primeiros colocados de cada grupo avançam para as quartas de final. As partidas serão disputadas em dois tempos de 30 minutos cada.
“A VR Cup é uma competição tradicional e de alto nível, pois grandes clubes do país vêm para Volta Redonda para participar. Ajudando assim, a evolução e o crescimento dos meninos em suas formações como pessoas e atletas”, disse o técnico Diego Branco.
Invicta há 10 meses, a geração 2009 do Fluminense segue se destacando no Sub-14 e ainda não perdeu este ano. Sob o comando do técnico Diego Branco, os jovens jogadores têm mostrado evolução tanto no aspecto técnico quanto no pessoal.
