Scout Saudações: Analisamos Léo Jabá, possível reforço do Flu
O atacante Léo Jabá, atualmente no PAOK, da Grécia, pode ser contratado pelo Fluminense. Aos 22 anos, ele despertou o interesse do tricolor, que negocia um empréstimo. Sem espaço no clube grego com o técnico português Abel Ferreira, Jabá vê com bons olhos reforçar o time das Laranjeiras.

Começamos em 2015, Leo Jabá era uma das principais promessas da base do Corinthians. No Sub-17, em julho, foi campeão com o clube paulista da Taça BH, um torneios de base mais importantes do país. Nessa competição, ele foi o principal jogador do time e ainda marcou quatro gols.
No profissional do Corinthians, Jabá estreou no fim de 2016. Em 2017, fez um ótimo início de temporada. No total, fez 19 partidas e marcou um gol, até ser negociado, no meio do ano, aos 18 anos, com o Akhmat Grozny, equipe da primeira divisão da Rússia por 2 milhões de euros (R$ 7,5 milhões na época). O valor foi inferior ao que se esperava receber em negociação frustrada [3 milhões de euros] um mês antes, com o Lokomotiv-RUS, mas ajudou bastante os cofres do clube, sobretudo por um detalhe: O pagamento foi a vista. No clube russo, ficou uma temporada, fazendo 25 partidas, com três gol marcados.
Na temporada seguinte (18/19), despertou interesse do PAOK. Os gregos pagaram 5 milhões de euros (R$ 21,5 milhões na época) pelo jogador, em negociação que também beneficiou o Corinthians. Quando negociou Jabá, o clube tinha 75% dos direitos do atleta, mas só vendeu 55%, mantendo 20% – o restante pertencia ao próprio atacante e seu ex-empresário, Nick Arcuri. Com esse percentual, a equipe alvinegra fica com mais 1 milhão de euros (R$ 4,3 milhões a época).
Até então, Léo Jabá atua no clube grego. Em três épocas (18/19 – 19/20 – 20/21) atuou por 51 jogos, deu 11 assistências e marcou 7 gols, todos no seu primeiro ano no PAOK. Na temporada seguinte, disputou apenas nove jogos na parte inicial, pois sofreu uma grave lesão no joelho (rotura no menisco).
Seleção Brasileira
Léo Jabá tem 11 jogos com a amarelinha, sendo todos eles pela Seleção Sub-20. Além de três amistosos (Equador, Uruguai e Chile), o jogador foi convocado pelo treinador Rogério Micale para a disputa do Sul-Americano de 2017 da categoria. Durante o torneio, Jabá marcou um gol, contra o Paraguai, no terceiro jogo do Brasil na competição que teve o Uruguai como campeão.
Títulos
Léo Jabá já conquistou, mesmo aos 22 anos, alguns títulos importantes na sua carreira. Na temporada 2018/19, realizou um feito inédito com o PAOK, ganhando o Campeonato Grego e a Copa da Grécia no mesmo ano. O clube quebrou um tabu de 34 anos sem conquistar a liga local.
Antes de ser vendido para o Akhmat Grozny, em julho de 2017, Léo Jabá foi campeão paulista pelo Corinthians no mesmo ano. Por ter participado de um jogo do Campeonato Brasileiro, antes da transferência, fez parte do elenco que também foi Campeão Brasileiro, tendo esse título em seu currículo.
Em 2018, em um jogo do PAOK, Léo Jabá também ganhou o prêmio de melhor jogador da partida ao dar duas assistências para a vitória. O primeiro gol saiu aos 51 minutos quando ele cruzou para Prijovic, camisa 9 do clube, apenas finalizar para o gol. O segundo tento da partida saiu aos 75 minutos. A jogada começou novamente nos pés do jogador brasileiro, que cruzou para Limnios fechar o placar. Ao fim da partida, Léo Jabá foi eleito o “Vodafone MVP”, na Super Liga Grega.

Hoje com 22 anos, Léo teve uma grave lesão que atrapalhou bastante o andamento da sua carreira na temporada passada. Por conta da pandemia, o futebol grego retornou recentemente . Ele já atuou em dois jogos na nova época, mas ambos vindo do banco e totalizando sete minutos apenas.
É nítido que tem muitas qualidade de um bom jogador. No seu primeiro ano, foram 7 gols, 11 assistências, 2 títulos em 39 jogos, sendo peça muito importante para o clube grego, que agora, vê um empréstimo como chance do atleta recuperar o bom futebol apresentado no passado.
Já jogou de Champions League a torneios de base pela Seleção Brasileira e, mesmo ainda jovem, tem idade para, quem sabe, brigar por uma vaga olímpica. E vimos que recentemente, o Flu mandou vários jogadores para a amarelinha (Nino, Allan, Caio Henrique). Acho que pode cair muito bem no ataque tricolor. Apesar do número de gols na carreira não ser muito grande, pode contribuir bastante em um grave problema no Flu hoje em dia: a criação de jogadas ofensivas.
Como visto no vídeo do jogador, é um ponta que não se intimida com a marcação, pensa muito rápido nas suas tomadas de decisões, além ser um ótimo driblador. Tem uma boa visão de jogo, o que possibilita colocar seus companheiros em condições claras de finalização e também, apresenta muita velocidade.
