Perto de fechar com o Flu, Bigode é recordista de títulos de Libertadores e o segundo com mais Brasileiros
O Fluminense está muito perto de finalizar as negociações e acertar com o atacante William Bigode, do Palmeiras. E um levantamento feito pelo jornal “O Globo” revelou que o jogador é um dos mais vitoriosos da história do futebol brasileiro, quando o assunto é Libertadores e Campeonatos Brasileiros.
Com a conquista da Libertadores desta temporada, William se juntou ao seleto grupo de atletas que ergueram a taça da principal competição por três vezes. Ele já havia conquistato o título de 2012 com o Corinthians, além do título do ano passado com o próprio Palmeiras, clube do qual se despede nesta temporada.

Além dos títulos da Liberta, Bigode também figura entre os jogadores que mais venceram o Campeonato Brasileiro, com quatro conquistas – Corinthians (2011), Cruzeiro (2013 e 2014) e Palmeiras (2017), ficando atrás somente do pentacampeão Dagoberto, que levantou a taça pelo Athlético-PR (2001), São Paulo (2007 e 2008) e Cruzeiro (2013 e 2014)
O jogador está de férias em Dubai e é aguardado no Rio na próxima semana para acertar os detalhes finais do contrato e assinar com o Flu – a tendência é que seja um contrato de dois anos.
