Oxigenação? – TJD-RJ vai eleger primeira mulher presidente e renovar maioria de auditores
O TJD-RJ vai passar por uma reformulação, oxigenando os corredores do tribunal. Além da renovação da maioria de seus auditores, a atual auditora do Pleno do tribunal, advogada Renata Mansur, deve surgir como candidata única no pleito. Caso se confirme, será a primeira mulher a presidir tribunal desportivo no país:
– Existe machismo grande (na área). Algo que foi trazido de que a área jurídica desportiva não é lugar para mulher. Isso foi sendo desmistificado ao longo dos últimos anos. Quando cheguei, em 2008, não tinha mulher nenhuma. Eu fui a primeira no TJD. Em 2012 ou 2013 começaram a vir mulheres para o tribunal do futebol. Agora posso ser a primeira na história na presidência de tribunal desportivo. Acho que é uma conquista da minha trajetória. Da minha competência, da minha expertise no tema e também vejo vontade do tribunal, pois até agora não tem outro candidato – comentou Renata Mansur, em entrevista ao GE.
A advogada, que chega para substituir Marcelo Jucá, que completa dois mandatos consecutivos – dois anos cada, quatro no total – é formada pela UFRJ, mestrando pela PUC-SP, advogada (tem escritório que atende principalmente áreas cível e empresarial) e professora universitária. Ela já rompeu uma barreira no tribunal, como a primeira mulher no TJD, sendo convidada para composição do tribunal em 2008. Filha do ex-presidente da casa, José Teixeira, ela ainda comentou a respeito da renovação:

– É uma fase de renovação obrigatória. Os auditores no Pleno podem ficar oito anos. Só vão ficar três, o restante vai mudar. Então vai ser uma renovação depois de oito anos. Quero imprimir o empoderamento técnico nas decisões do TJD. Vivemos movimento de se tirar poder dele (do TJD), tanto no âmbito legislativo quanto político – disse Renata.
Para quem quiser acompanhar, a eleição será transmitida pelo YouTube da Ferj, às 19h. Além da presidência, serão renovados cerca de 80% dos auditores, além do procurador geral, André Valentim.
