Leo Fernández fala de motivação do Marcelo antes de bater a falta e da emoção de marcar pela primeira vez: “É um momento muito lindo”
Leo Fernández foi eleito o Guerreiro da Rodada. Autor do gol da vitória contra o Cruzeiro na última partida, o uruguaio marcou um golaço de falta e finalmente desencantou no clube. Em entrevista à FluTV, o jogador falou sobre o momento.
“Sonhado. A verdade é que esse é um momento muito lindo em que todos vivemos, acredito nisso. Por ser um resultado difícil de conseguir, partida muito difícil. Onde não encontrávamos e bom, encontramos em uma bola parada. Para mim é um orgulho estar aqui e poder ajudar também”, falou Leo Fernández.
Desde que chegou ao clube, Leo tem levado fama de especialista em bolas paradas tanto pelos treinos como por gols que já havia marcado em outros times. Inclusive, falou que já fez um gol parecido com o que marcou contra o Cruzeiro.

“Um eu creio que foi muito similar, um pouco mais perto do gol. Eu gosto muito de treinar (falta) e chutar”, disse Leo Fernández.
Após o gol, o meia ressaltou a recepção do grupo e como todos estavam felizes por ele. Ainda, falou sobre a vontade de todos de ajudar o Fluminense.
“Senti que todo mundo estava feliz por mim. Comemorando mais pelo jogo também. Isso foi o que me fizeram sentir desde o primeiro momento e assim se reflete como está o grupo. Estamos todos mirando o mesmo lugar, porque queremos conseguir coisas para este escudo (apontando para a camisa do Fluminense)”, descreveu Leo Fernández.
Antes de bater a falta, o lateral Marcelo falou com Leo Fernández e saiu. Na entrevista, o uruguaio explicou que o camisa 12 motivou ele a chutar.
“Foi compartido com o Marcelo (a decisão de chutar a falta no gol). Foi uma conversa em que o Marcelo falou para eu chutar e eu já estava um pouco convencido de chutar. Combinamos bem”, explicou Leo Fernández.
