Ganso fala sobre plano de ser treinador e elogia Leo Fernández: “Craque de bola”
O meia Paulo Henrique Ganso esteve hoje no Clube Bayer, em Belford Roxo, para visitar uma das unidades do primeiro Craques do Amanhã, do qual é padrinho e respondeu algumas perguntas ao ge. O jogador revelou que após encerrar a carreira, pensa ser treinador. Ele amadureceu a ideia durante a pandemia e disse que absorve os pontos positivos e negativos de todos os técnicos com quem trabalhou.
“Pensamento seria de ser um grande treinador. Apesar de ainda ser um pequeno pensamento, mas é uma ideia que tenho e, quem sabe, eu posso me tornar um grande profissional após a carreira. Durante a pandemia eu acabei pensando: “Pô, e se tivesse que parar de jogar”? A ideia primeiro era de querer morar no meio do mato lá, ficar tranquilão. Mas aí a minha esposa já falou: “Não, você vai ter que trabalhar, vai ter que fazer alguma coisa”. E como eu gosto de futebol, de ensinar bastante, sempre aos mais jovens, eu procurei essa ideia de ser treinador”
“Acho que todos com quem trabalhei. Você acaba tirando um pouco de cada coisa, né? Tanto o lado negativo e o lado positivo. Então o importante é estar sempre aprendendo, tanto com o Fernando (Diniz) como com os outros. O Fernando porque hoje eu vivo com ele praticamente todo dia, mas com os outros treinadores também”,disse Ganso.

Ganso também falou sobre a nova contratação do Fluminense, Leo Fenández, que fez a estreia contra o Flamengo e já empolgou a torcida. O reforço entrou aos 24 minutos do segundo tempo, justamente no lugar do camisa 10 e foi responsável por boas chegadas do Tricolor no ataque. Ganso elogiou e aumentou a expectativa com o uruguaio.
“É diferente. Ele é mais driblador, acho que até mais finalizador. Não joga tanto recuado, é mais para a parte da frente da nossa equipe, mais perto dos atacantes. O Leo é um grande jogador, craque de bola. Tem uma canhota afiada. Vocês viram só 20 minutos, eu estou convivendo mais. Ele joga muita bola, já está dando certo no Fluminense e tem tudo para fazer jogos melhores do que ele já fez no clássico”
“Ele é muito bom, um especialista (na bola parada). Eu já vi no treinamento, então posso falar. Espero que possa fazer muitos gols para a gente”, falou Ganso.
O meia ainda falou se com a chegada de Leo, ele pode acabar perdendo espaço nas cobranças de pênalti. Mas, se mostrou despreocupado e colocou o Fluminense acima disso.
“Cada um escolhe ali quem hoje está melhor, no outro dia vai estar o outro… Enfim, o importante vai ser a gente fazer os gols, comemorar e fazer o Fluminense vencer. Eu não sou muito egoísta, já falei para o Jhon Arias também ser cobrador (de pênalti), o Germán (Cano) também, apesar de que o Germán não gosta muito (risos), mas também já teve oportunidade. Não tem problema, a gente vai fazendo um rodízio ali”, comentou Ganso.

“Serão dois grandes jogos, mas a gente tem que estar bem preparado já e ir se preparando cada dia até chegar essa data importante, que é o primeiro jogo da Libertadores. A equipe está muito preparada, o elenco está muito focado em relação a isso. E se tratando de Campeonato Brasileiro, o Botafogo está muito acima de todas as equipes, a gente tem que respeitar, torcer para que eles possam tropeçar nessa reta final de primeiro turno, depois no returno, e possamos encostar neles na liderança.”

“É difícil a gente falar que não está pensando, óbvio que pensa a todo momento, todo dia. Para chegar bem nessa partida tem que estar se preparando.
