Fred será julgado por expulsão na partida contra o Palmeiras nesta sexta-feira – Camisa 9 pode pegar até nove jogos de gancho
A confusão no Maracanã no dia 14, após o apito final entre Fluminense e Palmeiras segue dando o que falar: na tarde de hoje, o STJD denunciou os atacantes Deyverson e Fred envolvidos na briga e Dudu, que será julgado pelo cartão vermelho recebido após falta em Samuel Xavier.
Denunciado em dois artigos do Código Brasileiro de Justiça Desportiva (CBJD), Fred pode pegar até nove jogos de suspensão, e no caso, só voltaria a atuar no próximo Campeonato Brasileiro. Confira as possíveis penas:
De um a três jogos por prática desleal ou hostil – artigo 250 §1° II
De um a seis jogos por ofender o juiz da partida, segundo a súmula, o árbitro foi chamado de ”frouxo” – artigo 243-F §1°
Já Deyverson, também enquadrado em dois artigos, pode pegar uma pena maior e ficar fora de até no máximo 13 jogos, confira:

De seis a dez jogos por participar de rixa, conflito ou tumulto – artigo 257 §1°
Para o juiz, o atacante alvi-verde foi o responsável pela confusão em campo, e, suas ações foram relatadas na súmula:
“Após o término da partida, empurra seu adversário sr. Frederico Chaves Guedes, nº 09, em ato continuo ao 1º conflito, dando início a um novo. Continua, persistentemente, provocando com gestos seus adversários e sendo o principal causador do conflito generalizado. Após ser expulso, sai imediatamente em direção a seu vestiário, conduzido por seus companheiros”.
Já Dudu, só foi denunciado em um artigo, e não pela confusão, mas sim pela dura falta em Samuel Xavier nos minutos finais, tal ato, foi considerado pela árbitro como uma conduta antidesportiva, e o camisa 43 foi denunciado no artigo 254-A §1° II – prática de agressão física e pode pegar até doze jogos de suspensão.
