Fluminense anuncia licitação da Prefeitura para início das obras da rua do CT
O Fluminense deu um importante passo para urbanizar o entorno e construir a rua que dá acesso ao Centro de Treinamento Carlos Castilho. O presidente Mário Bittencourt recebeu na tarde desta quinta-feira (30/06) o prefeito do Rio, Eduardo Paes, para um evento que marcou o anúncio da licitação da Prefeitura para o início das obras. Também estiveram presentes a secretária de Infraestrutura, Jessick Trairi, o ex-deputado federal e ex-jogador do Fluminense, Deley; e o vice-presidente de ações sociais e governamentais do clube, Edmundo Coelho.
Na última semana foi publicada no Diário Oficial da Prefeitura do Rio a licitação para o início das obras após Mário Bittencourt se reunir com Eduardo Paes para tratar do tema. A construção da rua que dá acesso ao CT é uma condição fundamental para a conclusão da obra, sem a qual não será possível a obtenção do habite-se. Para concluir as obras, o Fluminense prevê ainda a conclusão de instalações básicas, como cozinha, copa, instalações elétricas e bombas de água.
“É muito importante em todos os sentidos. Primeiro, porque é a urbanização de uma rua que também vai atender à região em torno do CT, para que possamos ter um acesso mais digno e para nossos atletas e jornalistas, que vêm trabalhar quase todos os dias, poderem entrar de maneira mais rápida e segura. Em especial, para o nosso dia a dia de trabalho. Nos dias de chuva, temos muitas complicações. Vocês sabem disso, porque, às vezes, estão aqui nesses momentos. Enfim, é um dia muito importante para nós, pois sabemos que, dentro de oito ou nove meses, teremos nossa rua de acesso urbanizada, o que vai nos ajudar em várias outras coisas. É importante falar para o nosso torcedor que, com a urbanização, poderemos ter o habite-se total para funcionar, fazer nossa cozinha industrial, começar a construir a hotelaria, os quartos… Tudo isso dependia também da urbanização do acesso. Tendo a urbanização, podemos seguir em frente na reestruturação e complementação das obras do centro de treinamento”, disse o presidente do Flu, que reforçou seu compromisso com seguir cada vez mais investindo para melhorar a estrutura das instalações:

“Com o início da construção do acesso, buscaremos o habite-se completo para buscar empresas que possam iniciar a conclusão das obras do CT. Não há prazo, obviamente. Até porque, acho que vocês sabem, a parte diretamente ligada ao Futebol e ao campo funciona, hoje, de maneira completa. Estamos encerrando a obra da construção do muro, que é o próprio Fluminense que está fazendo. Em seguida, mais para frente, teremos que começar a construção. Todo o prédio de seis andares é ainda inacabado. Temos que fazer os quartos, a parte administrativa… E aí assim, lá na frente, teremos a possibilidade de os jogadores se concentrarem aqui e treinarem em dois períodos, fazendo suas refeições aqui. Mas acho que é um passo de cada vez. Já demos longos passos desde que chegamos. Fizemos o terceiro campo, aparelhamos o CT nas partes de fisioterapia e fisiologia e reestruturamos todas as salas. Agora, estamos concluindo o muro. E, hoje, temos a alegria de anunciar que a Prefeitura iniciará ainda este ano as obras da nossa rua de acesso”.
Além do asfaltamento, será feito o esgotamento sanitário, a passagem de dutos de redes elétrica e telefônica. Eduardo Paes destacou a importância da parceria com o Fluminense para o projeto de urbanização.
“Quando se fala em centro de treinamento e infraestrutura para o atleta, fala-se da base do futebol, da construção de grandes equipes. É um modelo que fez enorme sucesso internacional. Os clubes representam muito para o Rio e são ativos econômicos da nossa cidade. O que se tem de torcedor de outros estados, que ativam a economia. É dessa maneira que nós vemos”, disse o prefeito, que fez uma previsão para o início e a conclusão das obras:
“O que interessa é que a licitação está marcada para o dia 29 de julho, ou seja, daqui a um mês. É o dia em que escolhemos a empresa que fará a obra. Imagino que, na segunda quinzena de agosto, no máximo, daremos início de fato às obras. Hoje é mais um anúncio simbólico, que queríamos ter feito há algum tempo. Prometi na campanha, já tinha de ter começado a obra. Mas a burocracia é sempre dolorosa. Temos que seguir todos os ritos processuais para que tenhamos tranquilidade. É uma obra que dura oito meses. Então, imagine aí que, no primeiro trimestre do ano que vem, entre março e abril, poderemos chegar aqui até de skate e patins. Que bom que estamos entregando isto para o Fluminense. Parabéns pelo trabalho de vocês”, disse Paes.
