Na tarde deste sábado (18), o Fluminense visitou o Vasco pela primeira partida da final do Campeonato Carioca Sub-17 e saíram na frente no confronto. Mesmo com o intenso calor que fez a partida ser adiada em 15 minutos, os Moleques de Xerém não aliviaram, e venceram por 3 a 0 o clássico.
Com dois gols de Keven Samuel e um de Ítalo Vinícius, o Tricolor se impôs no Estádio Nivaldo Pereira e leva a vantagem para o próximo sábado (25), quando recebe o Vasco pela segunda partida da final. A equipe comandada por Rômulo Rodriguez ainda contou com o goleiro Antônio Carlos, que defendeu um pênalti e ajudou a manter a vantagem no placar.
Com a vitória, a equipe amplia a sequência invicta na temporada. Agora, são 12 jogos de invencibilidade para a categoria Sub-17 do Fluminense.

A decisão será no Estádio Vale das Laranjeiras, às 14h45 e, em caso de vitória Cruzmaltina por três gols de diferença, o campeão será decidido nos pênaltis.
