FERJ confirma arbitragem para o Fla-Flu; clássico terá presença do VAR
Nas próximas duas rodadas do Carioca 2022, o Fluminense baterá de frente com dois rivais cariocas. O primeiro clássico será no domingo (06/02), às 16h, no Estádio Nilton Santos e o adversário será o Flamengo. Nesta sexta-feira (04/02), a Federação de Futebol do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (FERJ) definiu a arbitragem de campo e os homens do VAR para o primeiro Fla-Flu do ano. Cabe ressaltar ainda, que nesta edição da competição estadual carioca, somente os clássicos e as fases decisivas terão o auxílio da arbitragem de vídeo.
A FERJ anunciou de forma oficial a escalação dos homens de preto para o primeiro Fla-Flu de 2022. O responsável por apitar a partida da quarta rodada da Taça Guanabara será Alexandre Vargas Tavares de Jesus. Segundo dados do site oGol, o árbitro apitou 13 partidas entre Campeonato Carioca e Brasileirão Séries A e B na última temporada, sendo duas vezes em jogos do Flu.
Alexandre foi o juiz da vitória Tricolor sobre o Nova Iguaçu por 3×1 na nona rodada da competição e possui a experiência de ter apitado o primeiro Fla-Flu das finais do Carioca 2021. No clássico em questão, as equipes empataram em 1×1 e o gol do Flamengo foi em marcação de pênalti, que originalmente foi assinalada como falta fora da área pelo árbitro e posteriormente confirmada como penalidade pelo VAR. Ainda na partida, cinco jogadores do Flu foram punidos com cartões amarelos, enquanto quatro atletas do rival sofreram a mesma punição.

Os auxiliares de arbitragem serão Luiz Claudio Regazone e Thiago Henrique Neto Corrêa Farinha. Por ser um clássico, a partida terá a presença da arbitragem de vídeo. A salinha do VAR será liderada por Carlos Eduardo Nunes Braga, que terá o auxílio de Philip George Bennett e Silbert Faria Sisquim. Nesta edição do Campeonato Carioca, o VAR só marcará presença nos clássicos, em quaisquer fase da competição e nos confrontos a partir das semifinais da fase final.
