Na última sexta-feira(13) a diretoria do Arsenal-ING visitou o CT Vale das Laranjeiras, em Xerém, para conhecer as instalações da base tricolor. Após a visita, os ingleses ficaram impressionados com a toda a estrutura e trabalho feito em Xerém.
“Tivemos contato com o Arsenal-ING no ano passado quando eles nos receberam em nossa viagem com o Sub-16 para a Inglaterra. Hoje, eles vieram conhecer mais de perto nosso CT e nosso trabalho. Eles ficaram bastante impressionados e elogiaram nossos processos” — contou o diretor executivo da base, Antônio Garcia.
A diretoria do Arsenal-ING, além de conhecer todo a estrutura do CT Vale das Laranjeiras, acompanhou uma apresentação da metodologia própria de formação do Fluminense, o DNA Tricolor e ficou encantado com os processos, valores e todo o currículo metodológico de Xerém.
