Conheça o elenco do Fluminense para a disputa do Carioca Feminino de Base
Nesse domingo (7), começará o Campeonato Carioca Feminino de base. Essa será a terceira temporada da base tricolor competindo em estaduais e a primeira em que há calendário para as duas categorias, sub-17 e sub-20. Com muitas mudanças no elenco e comissão técnica desde o ano passado, o Flu vem de cara nova na disputa por mais um título. A estreia dos times será no CTVL, em Xerém. Às 9h, o sub-17 encara o Barcelona e, às 11h, o sub-20 enfrenta o Bangu.
Antes de falar sobre o times, importante lembrar que algumas jogadoras transitam entre as categorias. Duda Calazans e Sandy são exemplos disso, já que foram peças importantes pro Fluminense nas duas competições. Como os jogos do sub-17 e do sub-20 são muito próximos – no mesmo dia ou no seguinte -, elas serão desfalque para uma das equipes.
Além disso, com a convocação de Mariana e Sandy para a Seleção Feminina Sub-17, elas serão desfalques entre os dias 15 e 30 de agosto. Nesse período, o sub-17 joga contra Heips (21) e Flamengo (28). Já o sub-20, enfrenta o Vasco (21) e o Ceres (28).

Carioca Sub-17
No início da temporada, não estava nos planos do Fluminense ter um time feminino sub-17, motivo pelo qual liberou algumas jogadoras mais novas que não seriam aproveitadas no sub-20. No entanto, com o anúncio da Copa Nike e do Carioca da categoria, o clube organizou o time para competir com as atletas que tinham idade e já estavam integradas à base.
Com isso, Douglas Matsumoto esteve à frente da preparação das duas categorias para o estadual, mas durante os jogos haverá um revezamento com o auxiliar técnico Paulo Cesar. Será o terceiro campeonato disputado pelo treinador no comando do Flu.
Ainda não há lista oficial das jogadoras que jogarão, mas com base nas inscritas na Copa Nike, pode-se ter uma ideia do elenco que estará a disposição de Douglas Matsumoto. Além delas, o clube anunciou neste sábado a chegada de três reforços, a lateral direita Ana Yara e as atacantes Sophia Caputo e Thalyta.

Um dos destaques do time é Sandy, artilheira da Copa Nike Sub-17 com 4 gols e que vem sendo convocada com frequência por Simone Jatobá. Assim como ela, Duda Calazans, “10 e faixa” do time, também coleciona passagens pela seleção e foi campeã Sul-Americana com a amarelinha nesse ano.
No quesito experiência, o time conta também com Rapha Saade e Duda Cerqueira, ambas de 17 anos. Elas estão no clube desde 2019 e 2020, respectivamente, e foram campeãs do Brasileirão Sub-18 de 2020 e do Carioca Sub-18 de 2021. São as mais velhas da equipe e, se comparado com Sofia, a caçula do time com 14 anos, possuem bastante bagagem para ajudar o Flu nesse estadual.

Da mesma forma, pode-se usar como base o time que disputou o Brasileirão Sub-20 para ter uma previsão de quem entrará em campo pelo Carioca. Confira a relação:

Como se pode perceber, há alguns nomes em comum com as inscritas no sub-17, fazendo com que Douglas precise manejar as peças conforme o necessário. As principais perdas podem vir no meio de campo, já que Duda Calazans, Sarah e Duda Cerqueira jogaram pelas duas categorias, reduzindo as opções do treinador. No ataque, por ser apenas uma jogadora – Sandy -, o “prejuízo” é menor. Tendo isso em mente, os reforços chegam justamente nestas posições para ter mais opção.
No campeonato nacional, Tefa e Taissinha se destacaram aos olhos da comissão técnica, que deu a elas a oportunidade de jogar no time adulto pela A2. Logo na estreia, Taissinha achou uma ótima assistência para o gol de Drika contra o Vasco. Na partida seguinte já começaram no time titular. Outro destaque é a atacante Laysa, que chegou ao clube no ano passado para reforçar a base e jogou também o Carioca Adulto.
