Com a suspensão de duas rodadas do Brasileirão, Fluminense disputa somente mais dois jogos em maio
A Confederação Brasileira de Futebol suspendeu, na última quarta-feira, as duas próximas rodadas do Campeonato Brasileiro devido às fortes chuvas que atingiram o estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Os jogos ocorreriam neste final de semana e no próximo e o Fluminense iria enfrentar Juventude e Botafogo. Vale ressaltar que o confronto contra o time do sul foi adiado anteriormente. A decisão foi tomada após 15 dos 20 clubes serem a favor da paralisação.
Com a decisão da entidade, restam dois jogos para o Tricolor disputar na segunda metade do mês de maio. O Time de Guerreiros enfrenta o Sampaio Corrêa no dia 22/05, pela Copa do Brasil, no Maracanã e o Alianza Lima no dia 29/05, pela Libertadores, no mesmo estádio. Serão dois finais de semana sem partidas.
