O time comandado por Carlos Larocca tiveram um ano de muito sucesso na Europa. Os moleques de Xerém conquistaram três títulos (Scopigno Cup-ITA, Geneva Cup-SUI e Heemskerk Cup-HOL) no velho continente. Agora a garotada vai em busca do título dentro de casa, quando enfrentam o Botafogo na final do Campeonato Carioca. A primeira partida acontece na próxima terça-feira (08/11) no CEFAT, às 15h. A volta vai ser no Vale das Larankeiras, no domingo (13/11), às 10h. O treinador da equipe falou um pouco como foi a importante esse tempo disputando torneios na Europa.

O Fluminense está invicto na competição. Na semifinal, os Moleques de Xerém eliminaram o Nova Iguaçu, nos pênaltis. Passada a comemoração dessa vaga na final, Carlos Larocca projeta a preparação para esse Clássico Vovô.
“Esperamos dois jogos competitivos, de duas equipes equilibradas, que chegaram à final por mérito. Não vejo favoritismo. Vamos buscar traçar a melhor estratégia para a final, sabendo que decidimos o confronto em casa.
