Na última segunda-feira(11), o juizado do torcedor afastou a torcida organizada Força Flu dos estádios e outros locais de eventos esportivos por conta de um apedrejamento do ônibus do Botafogo. Na tarde desta quinta-feira(14) a torcida soltou uma nota oficial informando que vai cumprir a punição e também irá punir membros que não cumprirem.

“A Torcida Força Flu, sempre norteada pelo estrito cumprimento das leis, em observância à decisão judicial proferida pelo MM. Juízo do Juizado do Torcedor e Grandes Eventos, da qual ainda não foi formalmente intimada conforme os preceitos estabelecidos pelas regras processuais vigentes, orienta que associados/membros e simpatizantes não frequentem as partidas do Fluminense Football Club e qualquer outro evento esportivo, ou em seu entorno em um raio de 5.000 (cinco mil) metros, portando ou se utilizando de elementos identificativos, indumentárias ou acessórios, desenhos ou outros signos representativos que de qualquer maneira possam identificá-los.
O descumprimento da solicitação está em desacordo com o regramento da torcida e sujeitará o associado ou membro à expulsão sumária da agremiação, que não coaduna com o descumprimento das lei ou das ordens judiciais.
