O time sub-23 do Fluminense ganhou um reforço para a sequência do Campeonato Brasileiro de Aspirantes. Gustavo Apis, que estava emprestado ao CRB, retorna ao Tricolor após rescindir contrato com o clube alagoano. O meia-atacante se apresentou ao técnico Cadu Antunes nesta segunda-feira (25/07) e já tem a documentação regularizada para ajudar o time na competição nacional.
Gustavo Apis chegou ao Fluminense em fevereiro de 2021, emprestado pelo Nova Iguaçu. Em setembro, o clube exerceu a opção de compra e assinou contrato com o atleta até 31 de dezembro de 2025. Em sua primeira passagem pelo Tricolor, Apis entrou em campo seis vezes pelo time sub-23 e outras seis pela equipe principal.
“Estou muito feliz em voltar ao Fluminense. Já conheço bem o grupo. É a mesma base da temporada passada, então estou muito à vontade. Já conversei com o técnico Cadu e estou à disposição para ajudar o time”, disse Gustavo.
Técnico do time sub-23 em 2021 e atual coordenador de transição das categorias de base do Fluminense, Ailton Ferraz elogiou o retorno de Gustavo Apis.
