Ontem, todo o torcedor do Fluminense foi recebido com uma triste notícia. O pai do zagueiro Luccas Claro infelizmente faleceu. A assessoria do clube divulgou que o jogador foi liberado dos treinamentos de hoje para ir ao velório e ficar com a família nesse momento tão difícil. Por ter um contrato de trabalho assinado com o Fluminense, como todos os jogadores, de acordo com o artigo 473, prevê que o contratado pode deixar de comparecer ao serviço por dois dias consecutivos.
Para que o trabalhador possa se adaptar ou até mesmo se recuperar da perda, a CLT estabelece no artigo 473 que ele pode deixar de comparecer ao serviço, sem que haja prejuízo do salário, por até dois dias consecutivos após o falecimento do pai, mãe, avós, filho, neto, cônjuge e irmão
O Fluminense lamentou o ocorrido nas suas redes sociais e prestou todas as condolências ao jogador.
