Acordei animado, afinal amigos me convidaram para um churrasco anti-Flamengo, onde o intuito era única e exclusivamente secar o Flamengo na final da taça Libertadores. Aceitei na hora. Para mim, o vexame era certo e a diversão estava garantida. Durante 88 minutos, cantamos, bebemos, comemos e xingamos todos os vizinhos flamenguistas da Barra da Tijuca. Vocês já sabem como essa história terminou.

O Flamengo foi campeão da Libertadores no sábado, e certamente será campeão Brasileiro no domingo. Em meados de Dezembro, viajam para disputar o mundial de clubes no Qatar e devem jogar uma provável final com o Liverpool, da Inglaterra. Não quero me aprofundar no assunto, mas sabemos mais do que ninguém o quanto o Flamengo é (ou era) cagão e sendo o mais transparente possível: tudo pode acontecer.
Enquanto voltava para casa, vestindo a minha camisa tricolor do Fluminense e um gorro mais que aleatório do River Plate, comprado em uma das vezes em que jogamos na Argentina, a realidade veio á tona. Até quando? Até quando teremos de esperar para vermos um Fluminense forte, brigando pelo campeonato brasileiro e pela libertadores? Até quando esperaremos por um mundial, por um Fluminense x Liverpool?
O Flamengo acabava de ser campeão da Libertadores, e eu me via em frente à televisão, em um sábado à noite, secando o Cruzeiro em uma partida contra o Santos e com a perspectiva de uma “final” contra o CSA na segunda-feira, em um verdadeiro jogo de seis pontos.
Se nesse momento do texto a sua indignação é comigo, talvez você ainda tenha entendido o que o título do Flamengo representa. Eu não te culpo. Eu também não havia entendido há poucas horas atrás, enquanto bebia cerveja e me apegava as folclóricas eliminações, ao gordinho Cabañas, cagadas do Papai Joel, entrevistas do Léo Moura e outros vexames.
A vitória do Flamengo difere dos campeonatos de Internacional, Corinthians, Grêmio e outros. Estes tinham time, o Flamengo possui um projeto de poder. Momentos de reflexão, como esses, são raros. Entre sentimentos de desilusão com o Fluminense e com o futebol, me pergunto: o que falta para termos uma gestão profissional, capaz de arrumar a casa e com competência para que consigamos subir de patamar?
Não me perguntem se irá dar certo, mas como todos sabem, o Botafogo possui um projeto de Clube Empresa já pars o ano que vem. Parece ter dado certo no Bragantino. Minha visão: ao menos estão tentando algo.
O Vasco, por sua vez, está captando investidores estrangeiros. Acreditem se quiser, mas há quem diga que o dono do PSG está interessado em investir no clube. Será? Não sei.
O Fluminense? Bom… o Fluminense precisa de 12 anos para se reestruturar…
Por que o Fluminense precisa de 12 anos para se reestruturar? Para que tenhamos mais 12 anos de amadorismo? Para perpetuação de um projeto político?
Por que não seguimos para um projeto mais arrojado? Será que a resposta beira o fato de uma possível perda de representatividade da figura do presidente do clube?
O Fluminense se resume a isso? Não sei.
Talvez seja hora de entregarmos para profissionais…

Já passou da hora de termos uma gestão profissional. Ainda que haja uma diferença grande nas receitas dos clubes, há anos o Fluminense não faz nada pra mudar esse panorama.

Ainda tem ações diferentes da mídia e naturalmente dos grupos empresárias que também previlegiam de forma não há méritos tão somente!
Além de condutas como dos meninos que falta humanidade.
Torci para o Flamengo. No fundo se perdesse, não ficaria triste (mesmo). Mas torci. Torci pq o futebol do Rio estava precisando disso, dessa chacoalhada. Dessa imagem. Precisamos ter essa “inveja”. Ou então sumiremos. O River só é grande pq o Boca é grande e vice-e-versa. Quanto mais eu via a mulambada comemorando, Mais eu sentia falta do FLU. Começamos a dar sinais De profissionalismo com a construção do CT (só de imaginar que ainda poderíamos estar treinando nas Laranjeiras) mas logo passou. Acho que o afastamento do Celso já da uma esperança, mesmo que pequena. Enfim.. Estamos muito longe ainda. Infelizmente
Profissionalismo só fechando e abrindo de novo como clube empresa.

Otimo texto, faz a gente pensar o porque isso vem acontecendo no Fluminense. Alguns problemas são que não temos portal de transparência, não temos uma auditoria externa, ai infelizmente fica difícil alguma grande Alma ou grupo querer investir no Fluminense. Ninguém sabe para onde vai o dinheiro do sócio Torcedor, qual o número real de adimplência. Vendemos jogadores para pagarmos dívidas e muitas vezes salários de PJ que nada tem a ver com o Futebol. Vivemos de empréstimos e sonhando que surja um grande craque em nossa base para utilizarmos ele como pagamento de dívidas e com vendas a troco de bala se compararmos com os nossos rivais. Até o clube se estruturar 100% Futebol!!!

12 anos à primeira vista me pareceu exagerado mas vamos aos fatos:
– o rival se reconstruiu em 6 anos
– não tinham cota de televisão adiantada 5 ANOS como tem o Fluminense até 2024(Eu não sabia que eram tantos anos até poucos dias).
– a torcida deles tem grande potencial, embora a nossa tenha mais gente que contribui adquirindo produtos em relação ao total de torcedores em %, não temos tanto potencial.
– Bragantino não tinha 200 milhões que tem que ser executado em curto/médio prazo(até 3 anos) em dívidas. Pagaram as dívidas que não eram grandes e vida nova.
– Botafogo tem 2 irmãos que tem muito dinheiro e vão investir pesado, e claro com gestão profissional. Quem no Fluminense faria isso?! Aliás, já teve uma “sorte” que foi o Pedro Antônio ajudar e emprestar tudo de uma vez p CT.
– Nosso rival mesmo caminhando, de 2013 p cá não brigou contra o rebaixamento. 2013 ganhou a Copa do Brasil, 2015 trouxe Guerrero, 2016 Diego. Não sei como trazer grandes jogadores fazendo a propaganda que td ano estamos lutando p não cair, difícil. Acredito se for jogadores que amam o Fluminense como TS.
Tem algumas saídas que são as mais prováveis: a torcida se mobilizar sendo sócio e vender bem nossos jogadores da base. Além óbvio, da gestão profissional.
Só boa gestão vai fazer a gente conseguir se manter como time médio só, disputando título sem tanta expressão volta e meia. Nossa única chance pra competir com os caras é um maluco com muita grana querer injetar dinheiro na gente, o que é improvável.
