Eleições no Flu: Celso Barros manifesta apoio à candidatura de Ademar Arrais

Na tarde dessa sexta-feira (14), o vice-presidente geral do Fluminense, Celso Barros, que está afastado do cargo desde 2019, manifestou o seu apoio ao candidato Ademar Arrais. Ele é da oposição do atual comando do clube, gerida por Mário Bittencourt, que já afirmou que irá disputar a reeleição.
Nas suas redes sociais, Celso Barros declarou o seguinte:

Aproximam-se as eleições para a presidência do Fluminense.
Gostaria de manifestar o meu apoio à candidatura de Ademar Arrais.Ele formou comigo a chapa em que fui candidato à presidência em 2016, na eleição em que o presidente eleito foi Pedro Abad.
Já fez parte de alguns conselhos deliberativos do clube e seu posicionamento sempre se pautou pela defesa do Fluminense, independente dos presidentes daqueles períodos.
Já divulgou suas propostas para o clube e estou identificado com o seu programa para o Flu, nos próximos três anos.
Este meu posicionamento está coerente com o entendimento que tenho, de que deva existir a unidade da oposição ao atual mandatário, que já se colocou como candidato a reeleição.
Entendo que esta eleição deverá ser feita entre os que apoiam a atual gestão e aqueles, que de forma democrática, manifestam a sua desaprovação.
O argumento de que somos todos tricolores é verdadeiro. Mas o que está em jogo é a diferença de visão que temos, para o que consideramos ser o melhor para o clube.
Espero que exista o diálogo entre os postulantes ao cargo de presidente, e ao final, possamos chegar a uma CANDIDATURA ÚNICA DE OPOSIÇÃO.
