TV Globo estuda reduzir preço do Premiere
Com a volta do Brasileirão no dia 9 de agosto, a Rede Globo planeja reduzir os custos de assinatura do Premiere, seu pay-per-view de futebol. A emissora registrou muitos cancelamentos devido a pandemia do novo coronavírus. Por esse motivo, a ideia é oferecer o serviço da Premiere Play, o streaming de transmissões de jogos. O valor cairia de R$ 79,90 para R$49,90, dando 40% de desconto para quem assinar até o final do Campeonato Brasileiro, que encerra em fevereiro do ano que vem.
De acordo com o ‘Uol’, a plataforma tinha cerca de 1.8 milhão de assinantes antes da Covid-19. Com a promoção, a expectativa é de que a Globo recupere entre 300 mil a 400 mil assinaturas.
