O Fluminense vai enfrentar o Boca Juniors pela final da Libertadores no dia 4 de novembro, ás 17h, no Maracanã. A venda para o setor sul, que será destinado para os torcedores do Tricolor, vai abrir nesta segunda-feira (16), às 15h. Com isso, o clube divulgou as informações para esclarecer as dúvidas que a torcida pode ter.
Confira as informações divulgadas pelo clube:
1) Tenho um cadastro na plataforma Eleven Tickets como Púbico Geral com meu CPF, como devo proceder para comprar ingressos como sócio do Fluminense?
Se você já tem um cadastro na plataforma Eleven Tickets com seu CPF, siga estes passos:
– Acesse sua conta na opção “Fluminense Football Club” e confirme se o CPF está correto;
– No dia da abertura das vendas, você deve usar o mesmo cadastro para acessar a compra, clicando no botão “Fluminense Football Club”.

2) Já tenho um cadastro na plataforma Eleven Tickets, mas não cadastrei o meu CPF. Como proceder?
Se você já possui um cadastro na Eleven Tickets, mas ainda não cadastrou seu CPF, siga estas instruções:
– Acesse sua conta na opção “Fluminense Football Club”;
– Cadastre o seu CPF. Lembre-se de que não será possível cadastrar o CPF no público em geral; isso só pode ser feito na opção “Fluminense Football Club”.
3) Não sou sócio do clube e estou conseguindo acessar a opção “Fluminense Football Club”. Conseguirei comprar ingressos mesmo não sendo sócio?
A abertura das vendas seguirá a ordem de prioridade divulgada pelo Fluminense. Não-sócios estão contemplados na quarta onda de abertura (às 21h de segunda-feira), desde que ainda haja disponibilidade de ingressos.
4) Fiz o cadastro, mas ainda não recebi o e-mail de confirmação. O que faço?
O processo de cadastro e recebimento do e-mail de confirmação dura apenas alguns minutos. Se você não recebeu o e-mail de confirmação, verifique a sua caixa de SPAM. Por questões de segurança do evento, após o pagamento não é possível alterar o Portador do ingresso.
7) Completei meu cadastro com sucesso, terei alguma preferência no momento da compra? Tenho meu ingresso garantido?
Não, o cadastro antes da abertura de vendas irá apenas agilizar o processo de aplicação na plataforma de vendas. As prioridades de tentativas de compra serão em função do plano de sócio que você possui.
8) O login e senha para sócios do Fluminense na plataforma Eleven Tickets são os mesmos do Portal do Sócio (nense.com.br)? Preciso criar um novo cadastro?
É necessário realizar um novo cadastro na plataforma Eleven Tickets, com nova senha e o e-mail que o sócio desejar. O sócio pode colocar o e-mail cadastrado no Portal do Sócio ou mesmo outro, desde que preencha corretamente o seu CPF.
9) Criei mais de um cadastro na plataforma Eleven Tickets. Com qual deles devo participar do processo de compra de ingressos de CAT 3 para o Setor Sul?
A verificação da prioridade de sócio do Fluminense é feita pelo CPF, não pelo seu e-mail. Assim, se você tem um cadastro com seu CPF e outro sem, utilize seu cadastro com seu CPF de modo a poder usufruir da prioridade informada.
10) Continuo com dúvidas. Com quem posso falar?
Através do site de compras libertadores.eleventickets.com você pode abrir um chamado no HELP DESK.
O Fluminense tem direto a uma carga de 20 mil ingressos no setor sul, e enquanto o Boca Juniors vai ficar com a mesma quantidade no setor norte. Os ingressos destinados à Conmebol esgotaram e quem já adquiriu outros setores não vai poder comprar novamente. O valor do ingresso é R$ 260,00 a inteira.
