O empréstimo será até o final do ano, após a data o jogado ficará livre no mercado. Diogo ganha R$ 450 mil por mês, mas o Tricolor negocia para pagar R$ 225 mil e o Grêmio o resto.
O atleta não participou do último treino do clube e é provável que não entre em campo na próxima rodada, pois atingiria sete jogos no Brasileiro e não poderia atuar em outra equipe.
